We are presently working on the Wilderness Resort Site located in the Bridgemont Development Project in Sevierville, TN.   The Wilderness will have a four story, 236 room hotel with 20,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark, restaurant, coffee shop, work-out facility and conference rooms.   On this site will be a condominium resort with 233 condos along with another indoor water park which is scheduled to finished late 2008.  We are working on the Events Center Hotel, Condominium Resort and the Water Parks.  Advent is proud to be working along with the other  contractors on such a landmark site as the Wilderness.
